Pumpkin Breathing Technique

If you’re going to practice breathing techniques, why not make it festive? This one involves tracing a pumpkin, making it perfect for fall (If you prefer your pumpkins in pie form, see my post from last fall).

Directions: As you inhale, slowly trace the left-most arrow up the pumpkin. As you exhale, slowly trace the next arrow down the pumpkin. Continue until you have reached the end of the pumpkin. Start again as desired.
